What do I get when I buy?

PDF files to print and colour. Each artwork comes in A4 with its colour reference page. Legacy Series artworks come without a reference, and card decks are chosen in A4 or Letter. Nothing physical is shipped.

Do I need any software to open the files?

No. PDFs open on any phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install.

Can I colour them on a tablet?

Yes. For your personal use you can open the artwork in your drawing app and colour it digitally, as well as print it.

I bought from Instagram or Facebook and can't find the file.

Those apps open the shop in their own browser, which sometimes doesn't save downloads. Tap the menu (⋯ or ⋮), choose “Open in browser” and download from there, or open your personal link in Safari or Chrome.

Where does the PDF go on my phone?

On iPhone, in the Files app, in the Downloads folder. On Android, in the Files or Downloads app. You can also open it straight from the download notification.

Can I download more than once?

Yes. With your personal link you can download your files again whenever you like, from any device.

My purchase email did not arrive.

Wait a few minutes and check your spam and promotions folders. If it still does not show up, go to “Recover my purchase” with the email you used to pay. If you mistyped it, write to us with your order number.

I lost my order page.

Go to “Recover my purchase” and enter the email you used to pay. Your PDFs are still there.

Can I print from my phone?

My printer cuts off the edges.

Choose “Actual size” or “100%”. If it still cuts off the edges, try “Fit to page”: the artwork shrinks very slightly and fits on the page.

Which paper works best?

For pencils and markers, 120–180 g/m² paper stops ink bleeding through. For watercolour, use watercolour paper of 200 g/m² or more, if your printer accepts it.

Can I print at a print shop?

Yes, for your personal, family or classroom use. Take the PDF and ask for it to be printed on A4 at 100%.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Which currency do I pay in?

Prices are in US dollars. With Mercado Pago you see the total in Argentine pesos before paying; with an international card, your bank may apply its own conversion.

Will anything arrive by post?

No. You buy PDF files to print at home. We don't send anything physical.

How long does my purchase take to arrive?

As soon as the payment provider confirms the charge, your order page opens with the download, and within minutes your receipt with your personal link arrives by email. With crypto, confirmation takes as long as the network does.

Yes. You pay on the secure page of the payment provider you chose. Nidama never receives or stores your card details.

What if a file does not work?

If it won't download, is incomplete or isn't what the shop described, write to us within 14 days with your order number. If we can't fix it, we'll refund your money.

Can I use them in class or resell them?

You may print them as often as you like for personal, family and classroom use, and show or share the pages you have coloured. You may not resell, share or republish the files.

Do I need an account to buy?

No. You buy with just your email, and your downloads stay on your personal link. With an account you can also keep your cart and favourites across devices.

With Google or with your email: we send you a sign-in link that expires in 15 minutes. There are no passwords to remember.

How do I use a coupon?

At checkout, tap “Have a coupon?”, enter the code and tap “Apply”. You see the new total before you pay. One code per purchase.

Is there a gift on the first purchase?

Yes: on your first purchase of at least two products, the lowest-priced one is free. It is applied automatically in the cart, once per email address. After you buy, we send you a coupon for next time.

Someone gave me a gift code. How do I use it?

Enter it in the coupon field at checkout. If it covers the whole order, you get your artworks without paying anything.

Do I have to use the reference colours?

No. The reference is there to help. Follow it, change a detail or invent an entirely different palette.

Do I need to know another language?

No. The artwork and colour reference can be enjoyed without reading. Each artwork comes with its phrase in your edition’s language. In Learn languages by colouring, the phrase comes in two languages: the one you already speak at home and the one you want to discover.

Can I sell my own artworks on Nidama?

What happens with donations?

Can I ask for my data or for it to be deleted?

I saw a copied artwork. How do I report it?
